1. Intellectual Property Rights

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly perform, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

  • Sharing links to our content on social media for non-commercial purposes is allowed and encouraged.

 

2. Purchases & Payments

  • Payments must be made in full before any digital or physical goods are delivered.

  • For digital music purchases, files are for personal use only and may not be resold or redistributed.

 

3. Refunds & Exchanges

5. Fan Content

  • If you share fan art, covers, or other creations inspired by our work, you retain ownership but grant the Artist permission to repost or share with proper credit.

  • Fan-created works may not be sold or monetized without explicit permission.

 

6. Liability

  • The Artist is not liable for any damages arising from your use of our content, attendance at live shows, or interaction with our online platforms.

  • All services and content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

 

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our content and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
